Despite the awful weather Chris Hall’s talk last Thursday “Mapping the Town – the story of Scarborough from old maps” was a sell out and there was a waiting list.

Chris has kindly offered to repeat his talk on Monday January 29th in the Library at 2.15pm. So if you missed it, come along and hear how we can see from various old maps, starting in 1538, how Scarborough grew into the town we know today.

Tickets are £5 (including refreshments) and are on sale in the library.
