Great British Spring Clean!

A big thank you to the ” litter heroes” who took part in the Great British Spring Clean of East and West Ayton on Saturday. They collected 12 full bags of rubbish collected from around the 2 villages.

Thanks too to Mick from Keep Scarborough Tidy who provided all the kit and some of the refreshments, to the SPAR shop for their involvement and donations of cakes and fruit.

Please remember that you can all help by not dropping litter in the first place.
