An Afternoon of Hands-on Science

We had an amazing afternoon of science at the library yesterday.

We created magic pictures with UV paint, experimented with pipettes to make bubbling lava lamps and had a go at making circuits to light up mini torches!  A few children even got to try out being living batteries!

Emma at LoveScience Bedale and surrounding areas showed us how much fun hands on science can be and helped us to understand all the theory behind our experiments.
