Family Activities
We aim to support families in our community by holding a range of activities throughout the year at weekends and during the school holidays.

In the past few years we have organised everything from craft days to Halloween trails; Dengineers weeks to water safety days; playdough discos to bear hunts. We enjoy experimenting with new ideas and are always led by the needs and imaginations of the children and families in our community.
Please check out our gallery for more photos of our previous family activities and if you have any ideas for future events, please do get in touch.
Details of any upcoming events will be featured on our website news page and our Facebook page.
Schools

We always keen to work with local schools and preschools to promote the importance of libraries and reading for pleasure. If you would like to organise a class visit to the library, please get in touch using the contact form.
