Our Family Art Day took place in glorious sunshine last Saturday.\u00a0 The continuous seaside painting was popular and will be displayed \u00a0in the community library in the corridor leading from the children\u2019s area to the back door.\u00a0 Do come and see this brilliant work of art.\u00a0 The marbling of wooden hearts, sea creatures and birds went down a treat with lots of interest from adults and kids too. The scrap heap challenge gave us rockets and other wonderful creations. The twig webs and spiders were another hit. The painting with nature was extremely messy but the children loved it. We also had some great paving chalk pictures.\u00a0A big thank you to all the volunteers who put so much effort into making this a splendid day for all who attended.\u00a0 The feedback from everyone was very positive.
