Skipton Building Society Community Giving Scheme

We are excited to announce that our library is one of three charities selected by the Scarborough branch of the Skipton Building Society to receive a cash donation of £400 from their Community Giving Scheme.

Anyone visiting the branch from Monday 7th September to Saturday 3rd October will be able to vote for their favourite of the three charities. The winner will have their donation increased to £1000 followed by £600 for the runner up and a final £400 for the remaining good cause.

If you are in Scarborough please call into the Skipton Building Society (on Westborough opposite Aberdeen Walk) and vote for us.

The more votes we get, the greater our chance of increasing our donation.

Our lovely library offers so much to the local community and is run entirely by volunteers so donations like this mean a lot – so please, if you can, give us your vote!
